Established in 2002 and operational since 2003, CODEVI is a pioneering industrial campus located in Ouanaminthe, Haiti. What began with just two industrial buildings covering 152,000 square feet has grown into a dynamic hub of over 5 million square feet of state-of-the-art infrastructure.
Today, CODEVI is home to 30 manufacturing plants and serves a wide range of global clients.
At the heart of CODEVI’s mission is a strong commitment to sustainability and innovation. The park integrates renewable energy solutions, efficient water management systems, and advanced environmental practices to ensure responsible growth and long-term impact. Beyond its industrial achievements, CODEVI is deeply rooted in community development. Through initiatives like Le Kantine, the agroforestry center, and Zaboka (a local food production program), CODEVI supports food security and local empowerment.
Additionally, its professional training center, L’Ekol, and early childhood care center, Tipa Tipa, reflect a deep investment in education and employee well-being. As a beacon of progress in Haiti, CODEVI continues to drive economic growth, foster innovation, and promote sustainable development, setting a benchmark for industrial parks across the region.
